who we are

mōris ("we") is operated by the ë company, incorporated in mauritius. we are the data controller for the information described here, and we are registered as such with the mauritius data protection office. our application servers are hosted with a dedicated provider abroad, under our control and bound by a data-processing agreement.

what we collect

• when you sign in (google / apple): your name, email, and profile picture. we do not see or store any password · sign-in is handled by your provider.
• when you join the hüb (optional): a whatsapp number, country, and your music tastes / events you rsvp to · only what you choose to give, to run your membership and community features.
• your event pass: a unique QR code we generate for you (an internal identifier, not your personal details) so you can register for events and check in.
• basic activity: stations and tracks you save or listen to, to run your library and personalise moris.
• basic usage: privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics (no cross-site tracking).
• we do not store card or payment data. any payment is handled by an external, PCI-compliant processor.

why we use it

to run your account, your event registrations and QR pass, the community, and to keep you updated about moris. nothing more.

your rights

you can access, correct, or delete your data (the right to be forgotten) at any time. email us and we'll action it. you can also withdraw consent and close your account.

sharing

we don't sell your data and we don't share it with advertisers. we share only with the service providers needed to run moris (hosting, sign-in, analytics), each under contract.
