your account

you sign in with google or apple. you're responsible for activity on your account. keep your access secure.

content you post · you own the rights

if you publish an event, mix, or any media on moris, you confirm that you own or have the rights to all music, artwork, and content you include or link to. you are responsible for what you post. moris is a community board, and we do not claim ownership of your content.

notice & takedown

if you are a rights-holder and believe content on moris infringes your rights, email legal@moris.community with the details. we will review and remove infringing content promptly. we may suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe.

tickets, music & the store

• radio on moris is streamed/embedded · we do not sell or distribute downloadable files.
• event tickets, where sold, are handled on the organiser's external ticketing site. moris only links to them; we are not party to that sale, and not responsible for refunds or failed events.
• the storë: vinyl and merch are reserved via the app and paid at our physical store (caudan arts centre). moris does not process card payments on its servers.

acceptable use

don't use moris to break the law, infringe others' rights, harass, spam, or disrupt the service. we may remove content or suspend accounts that do.

liability

moris is provided "as is". to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from third-party content, external links, or events organised by others.

governing law
